Hello,
i have 3 hdisks connected in raid 1 making it together 3 ties 500 gb= 1500
GB.
i first decided to just work like that and let all happen on one partition.
But now, having worked a lot, installed a lot and a lot of files, i notioce
clearly lowlyness of the pc, ofcourse i already workde on other subjects to
speed up the pc.
Here's my problem: When i go to the screen where i can make the
Disk/partition smaller, it will not allow to give me more space (new
partition) than 350 GB.
Now the windows partion is still gigantic big, aroun 1, 2 TB.
It uses around 500 GB. I already shutdown the virtual memory and restarted
and retried but that doesnot help.
Windows keeps saying it cannot make more free space..
That can not be so right?
There must be a way, windows doesnot need another 700 GB, it should run fine
on about 500 i would say.'
Or are there any other (freeeware) programs that can do this operation (and
absolutely not harm the system ofcourse.?
MY thanks to you people,
Jerry
