Hi,
I've developed a front end/back end access application for access xp & 2003.
It needs to be available to all users on the PC
I would prefer not to have it in the common doc.s area as it becomes visible
over the network.
What is the recommended way of structuring & assigning permissions for this
application (I want to keep the backebnd in a separate folder to the front
end)?
The problem I see is that .mdb files are both application & document, and
even running the .mdb file will still have read/writes done to the file, so
it needs read/write access to the file.
what is the recommended approach for vista?
Thanks for your help
