Is it possible to convert contacts stored under Vista "Contacts" to a format
that can be converted by Outlook 2007?

You did look in the Outlook File-Import and Export-Import Internet Mail and
Addresses function?

OL2007 has an Import from Mail (addresses)
Mail also has Contacts export to csv file, which OL can import also

Vista has a built in program called Windows Contacts. It actually seems just
like a folder that can store contact type information (name, phone, email
address etc.).

Well anyway all my blackberry contacts somehow go sync'd with this folder
and so every contact i have on my BB now has a "contact" item in this folder.
I want to import them into Outlook. However this "Windows Contact" program
wont allow an export and an Outlook Import doesn't recognise the format of
these "Windows Contact" items.

thoughs?

Which is what Windows Mail uses - so if you choose the Import Internet Mail
and addresses in Outlook, choose OE and WM, uncheck Mail, Outlook should
import your contacts....
