Vista New Project Infopath Fatal Error

I am trying to create new Visual Studio 2005 (SP1) Project:

New Project>>Office>>Infopath Form template.

Throws fatal error:
Attempting to read or write protected memory. This is often an indcation
that over memory is corrupt.

This was a new install of Visual Studio and VSTO on top of new Vista
computer.

MVS 2005 8.0.50727,859 (vsvista.050727-8500)
..Net Framework 2.0.50727
Infopath 2007

Any ideas please. If this is wrong forum please advise.
