Vista upgrade to 7 which pst?

On vista I did a backup by going to control panel/system and security/back up
your computer, to a external hard drive. Thought that was all I needed to do,
then installed Windows 7 Pro which wiped my laptop clean and I did a backup
restore from the ex/hard drive. Now in outlook 2007 I went to open outlook
data files and did a search of my hard drive for outlook.pst files and found
many, which one do I select, do I install them all? Thanks for your help.

Select the one you identified as the one you were using before you did your
backup. Backups can be pretty useless if you haven't paid attention to which
data you actually use and need to preserve.
If you failed to do that, open the largest and most recently modified as a
good guess. If it's not the right one, open the others in succession until
you find the right one.
