Visual Basic 6.0 --- Is here a forum for general questions about VB 6?

I have been looking for a forum for Visual Basic 6.0 but not found any.

I try to ask my question here any way.

I like to make a program where the userinterface is transparent.
Is that posible? If so, then how?
I know how to make things on the interface transparent. So that is not my
question.

There are literally dozens of newsgroups on the Microsoft server starting
microsoft.public.vb.*

Those are all for VB6 or earlier.
