Visual Basic error msg when exiting Word

I had to reinstall Office Pro 2002, and now have installed
2003. Since reinstallation of 2002, I get a Visual Basic
error msg: "Compile error in hidden modulerivateModule."
I don't have a clue as to why I started getting this
message or how to make it stop.
