Visual Basic error when trying to save PowerPoint file

I just began getting a Microsoft Visual Basic box with a message, "An
unexpected error occurred: I/O error 0", whenever I try to save a PowerPoint
file, new or edited. Any ideas what I need to do? Thanks!
