Visual Basic Runtime error 5165

    Hi,
    One of our company's user happen to have this error when
    she try to open her MS Word2000. The message is Visual
    Basic run-time error 5165 "Word can't open Macro ' '. " I
    searched microsoft knowledgebase but found nothing. So I
    post this message and hope some expert can help
