A client has Office 2000 on his computer. As the administrator, I upgraded
Microsoft Project from 98 to 2000. When I opened the program, it ran an
upgrade ok. When I logged on as the user, I got an error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINPROJ.EXE
This aplication has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unususal
way. Pleasse contact the application's support team for more information.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Project 2000, did all of the upgrades for
Office 2000 and still got the same results. If I am logged in as
Administrator it runs fine. If I am logged in as the user, I get the above
error.
I cannot make the user an Administrator on the machine. Any suggestions?
