Visual C++ Runtime Error

I recently loaded Office 2003. Most times (but not
always) when I go to close Word, I get the
message "Visual C++ Runtime Library" and it says the
program must close.

Hi, Helen. If you also have the Microsoft Works Suite on your computer, then the problem could be caused by the Works in Word Suite Add-In, which you're probably not using anyway. To remove the add-in, click on Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | <select Works in Word Suite Add-In> | Remove.
