Don't think so. Not as a background that is.
You can insert a Windows Media Player object on your slide (Insert - object
....) and point it to a music track, the visualisations should play.
If it's a picture of the visualisation you need, take a print screen while
the media player is active using your keyboard, then paste it as a
background in PPT.
