In 1 workbook I want to list all projects on sheet 1 and only those without a
'complete' in column c on sheet 2. I'm having trouble getting the results to
list without vacant cells on sheet 2. Thanks much!

If you place some sample data in column format it will be easier to provide
you an answer.
