I have a spreadsheet that lists sales reps number of orders. It is broken down by division. A rep will have orders in multiple divisions. I want to LOOKUP by name and pull the total number of orders in either a new column or spreadsheet, whatever is easier. The only thing I relly care about totaling is the total number of orders, not dollars or average$$. Thank You!!

if you just want to count joes orders use countif

or sumif should do more
=sumif(a2:a22,"joe",b2:b22)
or sumproduct for that & more
=sumproduct(a2:a22="Joe")*(b2:b22))
