Voice on Word 2007 Beta

I've tried to use the voice option in 2007 word and it doesn't seem to work
can anyone give me any suggestions on how to get this function to work? I
also found that the first time I looked at screen it was a bit diffcult
finding the basic task like opening a file, new and others. I found them the
second time I used it.

Thank you for your answer. The only thing is that it puts people at
disadvantage if they just want to buy office 2007 and not upgrade to vista
because of system requirements.

The Windows XP TabletPC Edition provides both features as well. The hope
is that MS gets it act together before the release of Office 2007 and
tell everyone how to get both things back on a normal XP system. I
wouldn't bet any money on this happening though.
