You could set up the input to come from your recorder
(line in) instead of your microphone, but it probably
won't work very well (infact, I tried something like this
and I crashed Word).
The problem is that your recorded voice will not have the
same properties as your live voice - Word may recognize a
few words, but you'll probably just get jibberish.
