I am trying to use the voice recognition software that comes WORD, but I keep
getting an error that says my microphone does not support gain adjustment
and I can go not further. I us a microphone that feeds into a digital mixer
with a USB input to my computer. I have used it for a long time and it works
very well for all other applications.
I tried to use a simple microphone straight into the computer and I changed
the configuration of the computer to match. But voice recognition still says
the microphone will not accept gain adjustment and will not work.
