Can anyone suggest a way I can have my words displayed on screen for the
benefit of deaf delegates at my PowerPoint presented workshops and be
preserved into a Word document for distribution after the meeting. I am using
Vista Business and Office 2007

I would go with an operator or signer as Steve suggests but speech
recognition is built in to Vista and if you spend some time training it does
a good job.
