We have a document control system administered by 1 person who emails
document updates to employees affected by the update. The email sent
includes a link to the document and a voting button labelled "Received" for
the user to click when they have viewed the doucment. There could be several
emails sent a day about different documents. The voting tracking is not
working properly. It seems that the tracking is attaching itself to the last
message sent even if the repsonse was to an earlier message. The original
message is in the Sent item and the responses are going to a subfolder of the
inbox.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
