Voting button dissappear in Outlook 2003 (version 11.8002.6568)

Hello,

I have just recently upgraded my Outlook 2003 to version 11.8002.6568
using the online update. However, I notice the voting button will not be
visible anymore if I receive email which has voting buttons. It was ok
before when i was using 11.6568.6568. It is only recently happen if I have
upgraded to this version 11.8002.6568. Any clue how to fix this?
