Voting Buttons - Tracking Half Hearted

M

Miker118

I have been using the voting buttons using the standard 'approve; reject'
option.

I have set up a folder in my archive area and directed the responses to this
folder.
This seems to have worked for the first few responses (within 24 hrs), but
failed to log any ones after that period.
Where is the best place to direct responses to? If 'Sent Items' can I set up
a sub folder?

Does setting the message to 'High Importance' effect the timing? ie it
expects the responses within 24hrs. Is there any limit to the time elaspesd
before responses are not tracked?

Does the Text format of the sent mail or the replies effect the tracking? I
have sent out in HTML and recieved in HTML and tracked the responce.

Tracking won't work if you move the messages. They should track forever if
the sent message remains in the sent folder. Setting importance won't make
a difference.
