Group:
I am having a problem with a user that logs in across our VPN. I have set up
a field on the InfoPath form which is used to determine the User Group. I
have set it up that the user who creates the form is the initiator. the
field contains the users network login id. It works very well in-house but
anybody trying to connect through the VPN is not recognized as the initiator
and therefore once they have created the form and saved it they loose that
ability. This is important because the workflow setup requires that the
initiator not have access to some stuff and have access to other stuff.
We tried their network login as well as the machine login, ex: machine login
at home is George (no domain) they sign into the VPN as
domain\georgehammond. Neither choice works after saving the form.
The question is, what must I do to enable the users login (preferably the
network login) across the VPN be recognized?
Thanks for all your help,
