Vs. 2003 Graphics appear out of place when I publish to HTML

I have placed several pictures together to form a collage. Looks fine in
Publisher 2003, but when I publish to HTML or the Web the pictures are moved
around.

This seems to be a common problem with publisher 2003...Lot of problems with
2003. I honestly don't have an answer...but have you tried to view your
uploaded page on another computer? and see how it looks?
I think Publisher 2003 has some internal setting that is wwigging out my
computer...as my pages view wonky on my computer or in Publisher "Web Page
preview" but I look at my uploaded web page on another compter (7 of them)
and it looks fine!

So no help, but info.
