VS2005 and Infopath 2007 integration

I have installed the "beta support for infopath" and VSTO 05 SE as well. When
I start a new infopath template project I get the following error.

"the system cannot find the file specifed. exception hresult 0x80070002"

I can only figure it cannot find the template files...where are they or
where should it be looking???
