InfoPath Form Designer in Visual Studio 2005

Hi All,

I am .net developer. Trying to work in infopath forms 2007 . I need some
basic inputs from you guys. I have installed the items in the following order
Visual Studio 2005 , Office 2007 , VSTO SE. I am able to open a new project
and able to see ThisAddin.vb under the infopath folder. I need help for the
following.

1.How to add a new infopath template in the visual studio 2005 ? I am not
able to find the stuff related to infopath in visual studio ?
2. Do we need VSTO runtime for the developers ?

Please let me how to start deisgn a infopath form 2007 in visual studio
2005.
