What do you mean by 'VSC'?

The spammers and script-kiddies have succeeded in making it impossible for
me to use a real e-mail address in public newsgroups. E-mail replies to
this post will be deleted without being read. Any e-mail claiming to be
from brenreyn at indigo dot ie that is not digitally signed by me with a
GlobalSign digital certificate is a forgery and should be deleted without
being read. Follow-up questions should in general be posted to the
newsgroup, but if you have a good reason to send me e-mail, you'll find
a useable e-mail address at the URL above.

I meant CSV (comma seperated version). Sorry about that. When I open an EXCEL
doc and then select SAVE AS , no extension of .csv displays in the dialog
box. MY EXCEL is from 2002. Not sure what I am doing wrong. How is a csv
document
created , etc.
Thanks Brendan.
Thanks, Lar

Ah - CSV is actually Comma Separated Values, and has been around for a long
time. I'm sure it must be there somewhere in Excel 2002, but I can't help
with details, because I only have Excel 2003. If no one else answers here
(this is, as Larry says, an Access group) try microsoft.public.excel
