VSTO Solution install Error 80040154

Hi,

I have developed a VSTO solution that has an Excel spreadsheet and Action
Panes.
I have built and installed it on my DEV pc and it works fine.

I have problems getting it installed in the production environment. I get an
Error

'Retreiving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{A87AB30C-5E9F-4F45-9387-B15F2AE3D55F} failed due to the following error
8004154'

My dev Configuration is Office 2003 Pro. Win 2003 Server, VS 2005 Team Ed.
for Developers.

My Production environment is Win XP Sp2, Office 2003 Pro
