Problemas syn Active directory

Hello
Im having this error:

A process for the group of applications “MSPS2003AppPool†finalized
unexpectedly. Id. of process he is “6788â€. The code of exit of process is
“0x80â€.

Un proceso para el grupo de aplicaciones "MSPS2003AppPool" finalizó
inesperadamente. El Id. de proceso es "6788". El código de salida de proceso
es "0x80".


I do this one support.microsoft.com/kb/842493 but it doesnt work
