WAB DLL?

I used to use Outlook Express with no probs, then
installed Outlook. Everytime I try to send an email on
either account I get told an error occurred while trying
to open the Windows Address Book - unable to find the WAB
DLL. Have tried un & reinstalling. & Outlook now says it
is uncorrectly configured. Help!!!!
