I just started using Macafee Virus Scan 10 through MSN as part of of my
Verizon DSL package. When I scan my computer files for viruses, the computer
hangs up when it gets to this file:
WAB32.DLL
The Cancel and Close buttons have no effect. The Cntl-Alt-Del has NO
effect. Only alternative is to shut off computer.
I never had this trouble with Norton Anitvirus, although I never used the
Norton product with the Verizon DSL.
What should I do? The file appears to be connected to the Windows Address
Book. I have Contacts I do not wnat to lose.
What should I do???
I installed the Verizon DSl on Monday 12/12 . I selected the MSN premium
package available throgh Verizon. It installed an Outlook Connector. I do
not know if this is cause of the problem.
