Error message in Outlook 2000 when attempting to open address book

Outlook 2000 is not supported on Windows Vista. Use Outlook 2003 or later.

That said, switching your Outlook mode from Internet Mail Only (IMO) to
Corporate/Workgroup (CW) could solve it but you still might run into other
issues.
