waiting for cabinets to be catched to local installation message

I have a new laptop with Windows vista came with office 2007 free trial.
However i dont want to buy right now. I still have one more key available in
my 2003 Student and Teacher microsoft office but when installing I get the
following message:
waiting for cabinets to be catched to local installation source
File:L2561412.CAB
Does anybody knows what do I need to do for this to work? or have any clue
of why the message? Please let me know

You have to uninstall any trial together with any activation assistant and
reboot prior to installing any paid for version
