waiting for VPC 7

I've been waiting for VPC 7 for a long time. Microsoft has been owing
it to me since I bought Office 2004, now Office X, with a G5, not
noticing VPC 6 didn't work. I notice MS is shipping VPC7. Why am I
not surprised they haven't sent me my long-ago-paid-for copy?

Write them another letter. MS Customer service doesn't read this forum.
