wandering pages

Alceste

Every so often, a page starts wandering uncontrollably within the window.
This does not happen with any other program
Any ideas?
(ON2010, Win7)

The page kinda slides smoothly and slowly in then out of the onenote window.
After a while, the containers are no longer visible, I see only the blank expanse where there are no containers and I need to play with the scrollbars to see them again

That was last time, and would be scrolling, not wandering, meandering,
drifting. And it happens only with ON, and happens not just once, but from
time to time, though it is not controllable.
I have also had (why me?) containers of ON move about on the screen, with a
volition of their own.

Ah, so you mean it's like you're constantly scrolling down down down?

The last time I saw this behavior the user had something (a stapler in his
case) accidentally resting on an [ENTER] key on his keyboard.

Well, I'm afraid I still don't know what "wandering" or "meandering" means
in the context of OneNote. I've never seen that behavior (or at least I
don't think I have) and that description doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
