Want attachment reference in forwarded msg

Using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000 when a message with
attachment was replied to a "reference" to the attachment
was shown in the body of the reply - Don't want the
attachment - just the reference - such as below

How can we get that to do the same with Outlook 2003??

This will only happen when you reply to the sender or reply to all since
they have already received the attachment. When you forward, you are
sending to a new recipient who has not received the attachment so the full
attachment will send. This is by design.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Kris asked:

When I get spam, it usually contains a hyperlink to a spam site. I
report spam to Spam Cop, who require a complete copy (including
headers) of the original spam I received. When I forward my spam to
Spam Cop, Outlook 2003 wants to visit the spam hyperlinks and retrieve
whatever is there so it can be included in my forwarded email.
Visiting spam sites has the potential to validate my email address to
the spammer, and to expose me to anything nasty they may have at that
URL. If this is a design feature, I suggest you design in a way to
disable it!
