Want to continue to use key strokes - alt-e-s = paste special

I am so used to using the keyboard rather than the mouse for speed. I can no
longer hit "alt-e-s" to paste special, I have to click several times, moving
my hand from the keyboard to the mouse... unless I am missing something.
Anyone have work-around?

Try it, it works just fine.

It does seem to be working now (I put in a help request with my local IT
department, too.) I swear it was not before!
