Want To Disable Group By Window Inside My Outlook

Hi,

Im using a Outlook 2002, inside my inbox on top of Tool
Bar where Subject, From, Recieve is on top of the there is
like a window that says "Drag Column here for Group By"
when I double click it sure enough its Group By window
appears, how do I get rid of the that on my Outlook? Any
help would be really appreciated. Thanks

Rightclick on the top of the colums (from, subject, received, etc...) and
disable the option "Group By Box"
