Want to freeze 1st and last columns

I would like to simultaneously freeze the 1st and last columns as well
as the 1st row in Excel 2007. All I can do is simultaneously freeze
the 1st column and row. Any help on this issue will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

Excel allows only one freeze pane per window.

You may be able to use multiple windows (awkward in my opinion).

You could add formulas that retrieve the values in the last row and last column
and put them near the top row and first column.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Now I know not to pursue this any
further. I'll probably just move the last column next to the 1st one
and freeze from there.

Couldn't you just hide the 2nd column?
