Want to go from beta to trial

I have the beta 2007 only on my computer but now I want to try the trial
version. I know that I have to uninstall the beta, but will this get rid of
any of emails in outlook? How do I keep them when uninstalling the beta? is
there anything else I need to know before uninstalling the beta, I just don't
want to lose anything.

Uninstalling software like Office never touches your data, however, having said that, it is always wise to make a backup of your important files, in this case the Outlook .pst file.
