I am sending e mail with attachments to Australia and they don't seem to
always be recieved and read Since work I'm doing for customer is time
sensitive need to make sure they are getting info...thnaks Bill W.

If the recipient does not want to send back a Read Receipt there is not much that
you can do about it

Make sure you're sending Plain Text or HTML and not Rich Text.
