Want to make a message non-printable

I would like to send a message to many contacts, but I don't want the
receivers to be able to print it. Is this possible?

Luckily for everyone else, you don't get to control THEIR property. If
you want us controlling your computer, I can tell you how to set it up
and broadcast that ability so anyone can abuse your property anyway that
they choose.

This is not a function of the mail protocol, so even if Outlook had such
a facility, if received with a different mail client, the recipient can
do with the message whatever s/he wants.
