Using Outlook 2000 on Win2000 machine - my boss wants to send an e-mail to an
existing distribution list, but not include one person that is in the dl.
This is just a one-time occurrance. Can you edit the list to remove that one
name without changing the dl permanently?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info.
Since we also have a couple of users on Outlook 2003, is it easy to use this
new feature?
Again, thanks in advance.

Quite easy. When you put the DL in the recipient field and it resolves
(becomes underlined), it will also gain a plus sign just before it.
Clicking the plus sign will expand the DL into its individual members and
then you can remove the one(s) you don't want.
