Want to upgrade from Microsoft works 6.0 spreadsheet to Excel 2003

Hello,

I live in Toronto, Canada and want to upgrade from a microsoft works version
spreadsheet to EXCEL 2003. How do I go about doing that. I did download
previously a free trial version of EXCEL but I don't remember the product key.

How do I go about purchasing EXCEL 2003 only and not the entire microsoft
offcie suite?

This is not a technical question and has nothing to do with Access, but you
can buy Excel separately - see

Since you have Works, you would qualify for an upgrade price.

I think you should consider Office Standard Edition and get Word, Outlook
and PowerPoint as well, for not too much extra.

You may also qualify for the Student/Teacher edition:

It must be for non-commercial use and you need to have a student (school or
tertiary) living in the house.
