want to use form filter value to put it in combo b

I have main form where user put all the information for one tracking
number. I have couple of another command buttons which opens up
another form wher you can associate request for different product for
the same tracking number. in the second form, i have same combo box
which uses same tracking number from the main form, i also see that in
filter property of second form. I just dont no how to populate the
value into combo box of second form.
