wanted stencil for visio 03

I had just started utilizing the promising power of visio. I like to learn
more from this program.
I need a stencil or something automatic that can define the page grid origin
into a specific northing and easting global coordinate.
This is to make a shape drawing positioned properly on the set-up coordinates.
Meaning the left-bottom of page shall be fixed in an x and y value of
e.g.
x=4000000, y=200000
Is there a stencil available so it may work out like acad, but with dynamic
shapes dimensions and location.
