Take a look at the section

"How do I prevent these messages from appearing each time a file is opened?"

You have to determin which case is yours:

- How can I prevent the "Unsafe expressions are not blocked" message
from coming up each time I open a file in Access 2003?

- I did not create this database — how can I avoid the "This file may
not be safe" message or "Cannot open file due to security restrictions"
when I try to open it? What do I do?

and follow these steps.

In access 2003, go:

tools->Macro->Security

Choose the "low" option, and then when you start ms-access next time, no
messages will appear....
