also "Microsoft Office has encountered a problem and needs to be shut down"
message is frequently reported too.

Microsft Support answer:
Cause
Because of the following files,
+ dt_load.dot
+ startup.dot
Fix
1) Search the following file in your startup directory.
+ dt_load.dot
+ startup.dot
2) Move them to a temporary folder and rename them dt_load.old and
startup.old.

But I search the * dot file, No Result.
Please tell me how to find + dt_load.dot;+ startup.dot file?

First see if you can start Word using the /a switch. Go to Start/Run
and run:

winword /a

Note the space before the forward slash. If Word starts then go to
Tools/Templates and Add-ins and check the list of Global templates. If
you do see any *.dot files then they are indeed present and are
located in your Office Startup folder or Word Startup folder.

The Office\Startup folder is located in your Office installation path
and the location of the Word Startup folder can be found by going to
Tools/Options/File Locations.

You can also use Windows Search to find the files. If you are using
Windows XP then in make sure you are viewing all files and searching
all files:

- Viewing all files: Start Windows Search and go to Tools/Folder
Options and on the View tab make sure "Show hidden files and folders"
is selected
- Search all files: In Windows Search click "All files and Folders"
then expand "More Advanced Options". Make sure "Search hidden files
and folders" is selected.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
