For a book, I would strongly suggest "Microsoft Front
Page 200x Inside Out" by Jim Buyens. Be sure to get the
version of the book that covers your version of Front
Page.

Kind of hard to say. How do you learn best? Some people learn best in a
classroom environment. Some people learn best by doing. And some people
learn best by reading. Which kind are you?
