warning when forwarding email

On a new install, whenever I try to forward any email (no attachment) I get
the security warning: "a program is trying to access email addresses you
have stored in outlook"

Clicking "Yes" will suppress the message until Outlook is restarted.

OS: Win XP SP2
Outlook: Office XP SR3 - Outlook 2002
All the latest patches as at 11th March 2005, including latest Office
security patches
