warning when sending big attachment

hello

is there a possibility to show a user a warning, when he sends an email with
a big attachment? the user should then be able to cancel sending the mail or
anyway send the mail.

is there an option in outlook (2002/2003) or exchange (2003) for this
feature? or know somebody an tool which can perform this task?

I can't find any action in the rules in Outlook 2003 that would accomplish
this.
